Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a Paypal email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank/credit card company has authorized the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. We will email you if there are any issues with your order.

You can pay by American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. All transactions are processed using a secure server.

Goods are normally dispatched the next working day. Should your item not be delivered within 7 days of purchase then please contact us and we will investigate. We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to late delivery. 

Returns

GlamBox Cosmetics will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.We cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products.

We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with your return.To send us your package please follow the instructions below:

1) Place unused item in it's original condition and if possible use the original packaging to ship your product.

2) Include the original copy of your receipt with the package.

3) Ship the package via an insured and prepaid method.Please send merchandise return to:
